Transparent & Clear Pricing Structure – Unlike any of our competitors
Nobody likes extra hidden costs. At Natural Gas we make sure our customers have a clear, upfront, open and honest pricing system. Our staff make customers fully aware of our rates prior to booking their job.
Fixed Price Work
We provide our customers with free quotes and estimates. An engineer will visit the premises and will go through with you in detail the work involved. We will arrange a date and time which suits you whether its a full central heating system or a tap installation.
Hourly Rates
There will be a minium charge of one hour on all emergency jobs undertaken. Any work thereafter is charged at 30 minute increments. This is to ensure we offer a fair, affordable and competitive service.
Price
You’ll be told how much you’ll be charged for each half hour work the engineer does, including any diagnostic work needed.
Natural Gas will charge you only for the time our engineers spend solving your problem. We won’t charge you for their traveling time, or for any time they spend collecting day-to-day parts (they will carry most parts in their vans).
If specialist parts are needed, we may charge up to one hours travelling time to collect them. Our engineers always try to minimise travelling time and use the nearest available supplier.
Payment
Once our engineers have diagnosed and solved your immediate problem they will take payment off you by cash, card or BACS. We do not accept cheques, if substantial works are required and you agree, we may request a 50% deposit from the detailed quote.
Guarantee
Work performed by Natural Gas engineers, and the parts we supply, are guaranteed for one year. The only exception to this guarantee are if the work is a temporary fix requested by you, or drain clearances.
